Building a business based on integrity and honor Lucas was determined to serve his community. Lucas AC pulled the air handler and all the duct work out of my attic . They installed new ductwork in the attic very neatly and a new air handler system relocated into the garage. They relocated the heat pump outside of the garage. They do neat work , are polite , punctual and trustworthy. After considering a half dozen contractors to do this big job I am truly satisfied and happy with the results of choosing this Air Conditioning Company. I also have to say that the job was fairly priced. The products they use are American made which is important to me.

Having your home A/C go down is never a good thing in Florida, even in December. Not only was Lucas Air able to get someone out the same day, but the gentlemen who showed up were extremely polite, very patient (as I ask a lot of questions), and quite forthright with honest and open responses. No one wants to shell out the funds to get things up and running, but knowing that the work that was done was top-notch quality definitely helps to ease that financial pain. I highly recommend using Lucas Air for your HVAC needs.

Both guys were very supportive and understanding of the unique situation my family was in with inheriting a 7000 sq. ft house. Little did we know we have 6!….yes 6 A/C’s in this monster! I was given Lucas' AC&Heating info early this afternoon by my sister-in-law, who lives in Lake County, called and explained the situation: I'm in Volusia County, my son's widow and her daughter are in Lake County - widow's at work, daughter's at home with her nephew and son - suddenly without air. Joe arrived shortly after 6PM, made immediate repairs, and will be back tomorrow to complete the job. Widow will be able to sleep in a more comfortable house tonight, as will the rest of the family. Thank you Joe for caring and for your superior knowledge and abilities.

I did what I could do with the tools I had. He topped up the refrigerant and found some leaks in the transfer coil in the furnace. It was then working but will quit when the refrigerant depletes.

Walt came out and spoke to me about our 20 year old system that was on life support. He prepared a quote on the spot. There was no games played with trying to up sell. We agreed to the quote and 2 days latter I received a text that the installation team Reid and Christian would be at my house to install the new equipment. Poor air flow is causing it to be 99 on one floor and 66 on the lower flow. Could it be a dirty blower motor or some vent flap that's not opening? Have changed filters and even tried running without a filter, and air flow is still just as poor.
