Building a business based on integrity and honor Lucas was determined to serve his community. Walt came out and spoke to me about our 20 year old system that was on life support. He prepared a quote on the spot. There was no games played with trying to up sell. We agreed to the quote and 2 days latter I received a text that the installation team Reid and Christian would be at my house to install the new equipment. They were both very professional and did a wondaful job installing the new units. They swept and vacuumed before they left. I highly recommend LUCAS AIRCONDITIONING

Poor air flow is causing it to be 99 on one floor and 66 on the lower flow. Could it be a dirty blower motor or some vent flap that's not opening? Have changed filters and even tried running without a filter, and air flow is still just as poor.

This was my second time calling Lucas Air. I am very pleased with their service. I called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon. I got a return call before I was even out of bed the next morning. They scheduled me that day and the technician, Cameron, was exactly on time. He got my A/C back up and running in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable, as was the young lady I spoke to on the phone (I didn’t get her name but she was super nice). The cost was very reasonable and I am confident the repair was done correctly. I would recommend Lucas Air to anyone. Nice people, good service, and veteran owned & operated,…what else do you need to know?

Lucas Air is the best there is! They have done several house calls and a few renovation projects for me over the years and every time, the service is outstanding! Cameron and Aubrey run a fantastic company. This particular occasion, my A/C unit was short cycling and after clearing the drain line, changing the filter, and restarting the thermostat, I still hadn’t solved the problem. Charlie came out and found the problem in 30 minutes. It turned out that there was another clog in the drain pipe that I had overlooked. Charlie had the system up and running in no time, and even took the time to reassemble the unit in a better way than it had come from the factory by tying up some loose wires that were starting to wear. I highly recommend these folks for your A/C service, replacement or repairs!

We called Lucas A/C for a cooling problem we’ve had in our master bedroom. We specifically asked for our last technician “Charley Bernat”. Charley was on time, and quickly isolated a problem in the duct work.Charley explained the problem in way we could understand, and even showed us a video of it. Charley advised he would forward a repair quote within 24 hours. We are “sold-out” on this company. Thanks Charley, and Lucas A/C for being the best!

Charlie is the best! Our AC went out the day before we were expected to get over 100 degree weather. We got an appointment for the next morning. Charlie arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time which was extremely appreciated as our house was sitting at 87 degrees. He had it diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes.

We had a new AC unit installed last Fall by Veteran Air. Last night, we noticed our drain line was clogged. I called this morning at 9am and got Lucas Air, who I guess combined forces with Veteran Air. They called me right back and sent Jack out before noon. He got us all cleared and cleaned and serviced both the new unit and our older split unit in the Florida room. He was polite, professional and extremely respectful of our home, even though I told him the floors were already on my wifey to-do list 🙂 We were also able to sign up for their maintenance/service plan for both units for a very reasonable price.
