The technician started by asking me to explain, in-depth, my experiences with mold. He listened carefully and analyzed the issues and did a routine maintenance of my HVAC system. He made several useful observations and recommendations. Charlie is an excellent listener and further refined recommendations as part of our wrap-up conversation. I called when I noticed that my home was getting warmer, and my A/C was not working. It was after hours but I received a call back immediately upon their next business day. Lucas installed a new unit several years ago. It recently needed service, and the technicians arrived promptly and had the unit diagnosed and fixed in minutes. They didn't leave immediately, but ran diagnostic tests on the unit for awhile so I got my money's worth on the service call.They keep you apprised of their arrival via text, so you're never left wondering when they are going to show up.Highly recommend this company.

Lucas AC pulled the air handler and all the duct work out of my attic . They installed new ductwork in the attic very neatly and a new air handler system relocated into the garage. They relocated the heat pump outside of the garage. They do neat work , are polite , punctual and trustworthy. After considering a half dozen contractors to do this big job I am truly satisfied and happy with the results of choosing this Air Conditioning Company. I also have to say that the job was fairly priced. The products they use are American made which is important to me.
