As usual, Lucas came through when we needed them. Used them for repairs on our older unit. They had the best price for a new unit and were very happy. They came back because our thermostat was going wonky. Once again, very professional and more of their excellent service! Thank you! Customer for life; wouldn’t think of calling anybody else.

Called after unit quit working. Office staff was wonderful, got appointment very quickly. Technician was prompt and very efficient and had me going in no time. Price was more than reasonable so a very satisfied customer here.

Only good thing is I wasn't charged he comes out here nothing's fixed nothing's been done it's the same as it was when he got here and my house is still hot I do not recommend this company
