We are thrilled to bring you another edition of What’s Happening?! You haven’t heard from us in a while due to being extremely busy with our customers. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. The past few years with the challenges of Covid-19 have been difficult to say the least. The demand for parts and units has only increased and unfortunately production of equipment has slowed. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we have all learned to navigate the new, “normal.”
Earlier this month, Cameron and I took a trip to the 2022 Ruud International Pro Partner Conference in Las Vegas to learn more about the upcoming regulatory changes and new technology. There are a lot of changes being made to the HVAC industry and we want to be well versed in providing you with the latest equipment and best bang for your buck. If you are a current customer who has a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) with us you should’ve received an email from our scheduling system- Housecall Pro. We now have the capability to send you automated messages when it is time to schedule and renew your service. If you would like more information please feel free to call the office and we will explain how this process works.
We would like to notify our customers that at this time our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM. We will no longer be offering after hours emergency service. This was a very difficult choice for us to make however, to keep cost down for you and to give our hardworking employees the time off they deserve it is a choice that had to be made. Please know, I do periodically check voicemails after hours and will do my best to get you on the schedule ASAP. We hope to bring back emergency service in the near future.
